HOW DOES PROWESS NUTRITION WORK?
Our nutrition program is a two-phase approach.
During Phase I we determine a nutrition baseline.
We set you up with a customized plan, and test biometrics. Clients will then graduate onto Phase II (Ongoing Coaching) where we focus on accountability and tweaking the plan to see optimal results. Each of our options provide varying levels of accountability to ensure success!
Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get more energy, or gain muscle, our nutrition program provides individualized coaching to help you reach your specific goals.
We don’t guess. We offer scientific body composition tracking in order to follow your success. Changing your eating habits is a lifestyle change, therefore, we offer up to weekly accountability sessions to help keep you on track.
Kristen’s passion for health and fitness is only surpassed by her enthusiasm for helping others to reach their goals. A two-time Division I national championship rower at Brown University, Kristen then took up competitive running shortly after having her two children, qualifying for both the 2016 and 2017 Boston Marathon. While training for Boston, she took up CrossFit to increase her strength for her running . . . but she soon fell in love with the sport, and the relationship has now flip-flopped to where she uses running to enhance her performance in CrossFit.
The hard work, competitive spirit, and community aspect of CrossFit are what have Kristen hooked, particularly at Prowess. Kristen wholeheartedly believes that nutrition is the foundation of CrossFit, as honing into her diet has helped her see tremendous gains in her overall health and performance. Kristen is eager to share her experience with and enthusiasm for nutrition and fitness with others to obtain their goals.
